Youth Program


Seattle Boxing Gym works with kids ages seven and up.  We provide non-contact training that focuses on boxing fundamentals and general fitness. Our 30 and 60 minute private training sessions are individually tailored to create a fun and challenging experience for kids of varying ages and skill levels. We aim to provide kids with improved hand-eye coordination, footwork, and balance; along with increased athletic and personal confidence. We believe the skills a child learns from boxing can be applied across all sports.

Call or email to schedule a private session. Tell us a bit about your child, and we’ll do our best to match them with the appropriate trainer.

Seattle Boxing Gym does NOT have an organized competitive youth program. We are happy to talk with families about options available to kids who wish to compete.

Look for a dedicated youth boxing class in the summer of 2018.

Parents/guardians are required to sign the liability waiver for any person under the age of 18.
